Payment Options

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept payments by cash, check, Visa®, MasterCard®, and Discover.

We also offer low-interest financing plans, both through our office as well as through the CareCredit and OrthoBanc systems. Even better, we offer discounts for treatment paid in full in advance, and for multiple family members undergoing treatment at the same time.

If you have any questions about insurance, financing, or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Don’t let finances stand in your way for achieving the beautiful, healthy smile you deserve! We are pleased to offer Orthobanc and CareCredit financing options with low monthly payments that make your treatment more affordable. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most: keeping your smile healthy!

Our office provides two years of passive treatment that is included in the fee quoted. The doctor will monitor patients for two years after the brackets come off. This is to ensure proper compliance of retainer wear and prevent relapse of teeth movement. In actuality, the patient is receiving two years of active treatment and two years of passive treatment.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.

Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If claims are not paid within 60 days, you are responsible for the balance. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

We accept and are a preferred provider for many insurance plans. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance.

Remember that insurance policies vary and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

We work with the following insurance companies:

  • Aetna PPO
  • CSEA
  • Cigna PPO
  • Dental Pay Plus
  • Delta Dental
  • GEHA
  • GHI/Emblem Health
  • Guardian
  • MetLife
  • Nova
  • SEBF
  • Teamsters/EBF
  • United Concordia (military)
  • We accept some state insurance plans

Our office accepts most orthodontic insurances.
