Our Staff

We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant or hygienist, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Mary

I’m our Office Manager/Financial Coordinator with 20+ years of orthodontic experience in all aspects of orthodontia, from assisting to office management. I am married and have two children who keep me busy. I enjoy traveling and I love orthodontics!

Barb

I am both the Assistant Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator with 14+ years of experience in front desk to assisting. I’m a true country gal with dreams of moving to Texas and riding off into the sunset with my cowboy!

Lisa

I am a Scheduling Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in dentistry. I enjoy skydiving, scuba diving and riding my wonderful Harley on curvy roads.

Julia

Julia works as the State Insurance Treatment Coordinator. She has her Bachelors in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from SUNY Fredonia. She is an aspiring pediatric dentist, in the process of applying to dental school. She loves the beach and going on vacation as well as playing with her pitbull Guinness.

Michelle

Michelle is our Insurance Coordinator who has been billing insurance for twenty years. She has 2 teenage daughters in Orthodontic treatment, and is very busy being a sports mom going to all of their softball and volleyball games. In her spare time she likes to tear it up on the dance floor.

Sabrina

Sabrina has been an orthodontic assistant for 10+ years. She is now a mother of 2, with the addtion of her new baby girl.

Laurel

Laurel has been working in the dental field for over 30 years.  She is a Registered Dental Hygienist and orthodontist assistant.  She is married and has 2 daughters.  She enjoys walking, reading, crossword puzzles and all her animals.

Mary

Mary is a certified dental assistant with 14 years experience. Mary loves working in the dental field “because it makes me happy to see people smile.” She is an author of children’s books and enjoys playing guitar. Her pride and joy are her children.

Tonyetta

Tonyetta is a certified orthodontic assistant who loves interacting with patients. She is charismatic and enthusiastic about learning and is the proud
mother of five children.
