Our Staff
We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant or hygienist, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.
Front Office
Mary
Mary serves as the Office Manager/Financial Coordinator with 20+ years of orthodontic experience in all aspects of orthodontia, from assisting to office management. She is married and has two children who keep her busy. She enjoys traveling and loves orthodontics!
Andrea
Andrea is our Private Insurance Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator. She has two beautiful children. She loves dancing and reading.
Yvonne
Yvonne is the Treatment Coordinator and has been in the orthodontic field for the last 11 years. She has two beautiful young adult children. She loves riding and spending time on the Harley with her wonderful husband!
Aimee
Aimee is our State Insurance Billing Coordinator. She loves her 6 year old son and enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends. She is also a Buffalo Bandits and Sabres fan.
Miller
Miller is our wonderful scheduling coordinator. She enjoys greeting patients when they come in. She lindy hops and sings in chorus in her spare time. She is married and has a kitty named Rogue.
Lynzie
Lynzie is a Scheduling Coordinator. She is also an Orthodontic Dental Assistant. She is new to our area and has a cat named Delilah.

Gianna
Gianna is currently enrolled in Dental Hygiene School at Erie Community College / North Campus. She is a graduate of Lancaster High School, and is a fantastic hockey player!!!
Carrie
Carrie is an Orthodontic Dental Assistant and has been working in the dental field for 10 years. She is happily married for 17 years with 2 fabulous teenage daughters. She loves orthodontics and enjoys working with children.
Duska
Duska is our Orthodontic Records Coordinator. She will greet you when your child begins orthodontic treatment in our office. She is enjoying her first new granddaughter and loves traveling. She is also a phenomenal baker!!!!
Monya
Monya is a Certified Dental Assistant and has been working in the dental field for the last 5 years. She has 2 beautiful daughters and 1 handsome son. She loves reading.
Hernando
Currently an orthodontic assistant waiting for NYS boards, Hernando has been involved in different fields of dentistry from general dentistry, oral surgery, special needs hospital dentistry, and orthodontics since graduation from dental school 20 years ago. He loves family time and friends, and enjoys outdoors activities, architectural history, geography, urban landscape photography and exploring other cultures while traveling.
Lab
Kevin
Kevin has been an orthodontic laboratory technician for more than fifteen years. He enjoys spending time with his dog as well as going to Casino Niagara.
