Payment Options

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also offer low-interest financing plans, both through our office as well as through the CareCredit system. Even better, we offer discounts for treatment paid in full in advance, and for multiple family members undergoing treatment at the same time. If you have any questions about insurance, financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Our office provides two years of passive treatment that is included in the fee quoted. The doctor will monitor patients for two years after the brackets come off. This is to ensure proper compliance of retainer wear and prevent relapse of teeth movement. In actuality, the patient is receiving two years of active treatment and two years of passive treatment.

Insurance

We accept and are a preferred provider for many insurance plans. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
